It is our mission to provide you with affordable high-quality treatment that fits your budget. You will be able to discuss the cost of braces and payment options before treatment begins. We offer a variety of payment options to make the cost of braces affordable.
- Payment in full. If full payment is made at the beginning of treatment, you will receive a bookkeeping credit. (This credit applies after the insurance benefit is calculated.)
- Office Payment Plan. Our office payment plan has an initial payment (approximately 1/3 of the total cost of braces) and monthly payments with no interest. For monthly payments, you may choose an automatic credit card withdrawal (Visa or Mastercard) or a payment book option.
- Springstone Patient Financing. Springstone offers a convenient way to finance the cost of braces with no down payment and low monthly payments.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal cost of braces. We will provide you with an estimated benefit from your insurance company when treatment fees are quoted. Any benefits quoted are merely estimates based on the information given to us by the insurance carrier. Insurance filing and collecting is done as a courtesy for our patients.
If your insurance benefit is canceled or changed during treatment, the financially responsible party is responsible for the amount the insurance does not cover. To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.
